The Southwest Laborers Training and Apprenticeship Fund is a non-profit labor/management trust fund built on a foundation of collaboration and success. Through the development of standardized training and education programs, we actively seek and manage grants to support curriculum innovation, provide technical resources, and deliver top-tier professional and technical training for our affiliated training fund personnel. We are dedicated to continually enhancing the training capabilities for LIUNA members across the Southwest.
Our training reaches every community in our region, addressing the needs of LIUNA local unions and signatory contractors by offering essential and impactful training for LIUNA members and apprentices. Each year, hundreds of LIUNA members and apprentices benefit from hands-on training at our modern facility, designed to prepare them for success across various industries.
